Casablanca: Library Spaces to be Set up in Public Parks

Casablanca’s Commune has launched a call for tender for the construction of outdoor library spaces throughout Casablanca’s parks.

Happy news for book lovers in the city of Casablanca: outdoor library spaces will soon be set up across the city. According to a call for tender launched in the website of Casablanca’s commune, these libaries will be set up in public parks.

Apparently, the commune of Casablanca does not want these spaces to be limited to certain areas but rather spread them across 16 districts of the economic capital. These are Ain Chock, Ain Sebaa, Hay Mohammadi, Roches Noires, Al Fida, Mers Sultan, Ben M’sik, Sbata, Anfa, Maarif, Sidi Belyout, Hay Hassani, Moulay Rchid, Sidi Othman, Sidi Bernoussi, and Sidi Moumen.

The commune invites companies specializing in construction, plumbing, carpentry, and others to apply before September the 17th at 11 am. The companies whose offers will be approved will have up to 8 months to finish the construction.
